Plans

How does the 21-Day free trial work?

All plans comes with a fully-functional 21-Day free trial which you can use to test drive TradeGecko and learn how to make it work for you. You don't need a credit card to sign up, there's no obligation and no risk.

Can I upgrade from the free trial to a paid plan?

Yes. We've made it super easy for you to to transition your trial account to a paid plan. There is a notification at all times in the application with instructions. Additionally at the end of the 21-Day trial you will automatically be asked for payment details on your next login.

What if I pick the wrong plan. Can I change between plans?

Yes. It's super easy to change your plan. Just visit the subscriptions area in your settings inside the TradeGecko application to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

There is no contract when using TradeGecko - you will need to agree to our terms.


Integrations

Does it work with my Ecommerce system?

We currently integrate with (and highly recommend) the Shopify ecommerce platform - please contact us for beta access to this functionality. If there are additional Ecommerce platforms you would like us to integrate with please let us know!

Does it work with my Accounting system?

We're currently developing an integration with the Xero accounting software - please contact us for beta access to this integration. Please let us know if there are other accounting packages you would like us to look at integrating with.

Yes! We offer 24/7 email support. We've also got a helpful knowledge and tutorial library for anything else.


Payments

Do you offer refunds?

All plans come with a 21-Day free trial. No payment required. After which you pay for each month you use and you can cancel at any time. No contracts, no obligations.

Can I get a discount?

It would be our pleasure! There is a 10% discount available on all plans if you choose to pay on an annual basis.

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit cards. Mastercard, Visa, American Express.


Data

I'm looking to switch. Can I import my stuff?

Yes, you can import customers, suppliers, products, variants into your TradeGecko store from a standard CSV (comma separated values) file. You can also import from Shopify with addtional Ecommerce platforms on there way. You can read an article in our knowledge base to see how easy it is to import into TradeGecko.

Can I export my data?

Of course. We would be sad to see you go. But it's your data - you own it. And we believe in complete data portability - you can contact us at any time and we will export all your data in a CSV (comma seperated values) format.

Is my data safe and secure?

Yes. The safety and security of your data is our #1 concern. We use the proven Amazon Web Services for managing, storing and backing up all your data.
